| These past few weeks - months have been... I’m at a lost for describing them as more or less than that. I guess you could say time’s proven meaningless - reality a dream – and dreams displeasingly real, for me anyways. It’s like all that I’ve learned and have yet to learn are furiously swirling in a vortex about my person, and unconsciousness is the only escape. Hands can’t reach nor grasp the currents of thought of course, only grab at ones head and hope to buffer some overwhelming blow. But when I dream, all the ponderings on my past take human forms and familiar actions. Unlike I’ve done with others I’ve not recorded these dreams, they’re too real, and personal, – the whole record is therefore a fallacy, flames should be thus more appropriate.
I’ve been dazed, angry, without focus, tired, numb, occasionally ill, and for some reason I acquired knowledge into Islam and Christianity, as well as expanded my familiarity with the surrounding area. Objects are closer than they appear, noise enough to shatter the mind, lights are always on, and the smells... I’ll avoid commenting on the smells.
I have a good idea as to why my mind is adrift and my body a vehement mess, though. Several in fact, I think it’s important. Nothing viral, mind you – or corporal for that matter. Maybe, I’m in transit, and we’ll be sure to meet at the next crazytown.
Below, I thought it would be proper for me to complete posting photographs of the Russian Art Exhibit I saw.

| I watched the movie "Doom" this week, it really made sense of the video game storylines. I thought the last few scenes in the movie were particularly interesting also. Although they did leave the mystery of what happened to the parents of the twins a mystery, which really only makes the incident to be little more than a convenient plot device. I think what's infinitely more fascinating in cinema though is a little show I uncovered recently called "Daria." Quite a quote blast from the past en quote - its very existence is a monument to the shifts in patterns of social evolution in the real world. Cinema does after all reflect off of actual society. The implications of what exist today in mainstream American culture as a direct result of shows such as "Daria" are fascinating though. But, I don't want to speculate too much, I will gather some more observations before I make a proposal of my speculations. | | |
| The winter days and nights glimmer under thin sheets of purity white. The sand, the stones, the trees and all their limbs - including the whipes that droop so elegantly, are all glossed in ice. Suspended in motion, shielded from the winds, yet open to all warm rays. And then tranquil night is pierced by four rubber wheels that discharge salt in its wake. Quite the stark contrast, I should say. | | |
| Just finished the anime "Shingetsuten Tsukihime" ... wow such a sad story. Perhaps that's why it appeals to me so much, I must admit I am somewhat enticed by misery - it's only human, it's a habbit - it's familiar. The oppening ending theme, and the general music of it is astounding. Really moves the spirit in ways not so unlike the present song you'd hear upon opening my xanga page. The visual art also is commendable also, I think the artist from "Neon Genesis Evangelion" may have played some part or had some influence in "Shingetsuten Tsukihime" too, for there is notable similarities - perhaps. As for deeper analysis of the storyline/plot/themes themselves my mind wanders towards midterms... so another time, but there is much to say... well watch the anime, you'll see what I mean. Who knows maybe you'll like, perhaps? | | |
| My, the things my eyes behold in just half a short hour... a boy speaks out in class just to remind the professor of a point that would bring misfortune upon a fellow student, 40-50 people force their way into a crowded "B Bus" at the Hill Center and 30 seconds after it's departure a near empty B-bus arrives at the same stop, upon my exiting a bus a girl on her cell phone literally pushes past myself and 3-4 others to get on the words "yeah he was a total dooshbag yesterday" casually escaping her mouth as she passed, and also a boy rushes in front of and just about pushes back a girl about to get a drink just to fill his cup that 20 seconds faster - oh my... Virtue is still noble and notable, but it seems out of place among the general consensus does it not? | | |
